Roy Gagaza: Roy Gagaza leads Journey Wealth Management, LLC as president and chief executive officer, helping people approach retirement with organized and practical financial strategies rather than confusion or guesswork. He came to the financial services field after a long career as a military officer, carrying forward a sense of service and responsibility that continues to guide his decisions. His firm maintains offices in Manteca, California, and in the communities of Aiea and Honolulu, Hawaii, so he can remain accessible to many of the families he serves. Roy began his path in uniform in the U.S. Army Reserve and later moved to active duty as an Armor Officer, serving for about two decades. He became Airborne and Ranger qualified, led a tank platoon with the 1st Armored Division during Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm, and later commanded a cavalry troop in South Korea. He also worked as an operations and training officer, helping units at multiple levels prepare for deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
